Privacy and accessibility

Effective October 24, 2026. This page covers gaylynn-chavez-site.vercel.app, the personal website of Gay-Lynn Chavez, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #01433767) with eXp Realty of California, Inc.

What this site collects

Only what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you add it, your message, whether you ticked the box allowing a call or text, and the language of the page you used. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not track you across other websites. Like any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address and browser type of each request, for security and operations.

Who receives it and why

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to Francisco Williams, CCIM, Gay-Lynn's co-principal at Capital Distress Advisors, who shares them with her. Your details are used only to reply to your note. They are not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and they are not added to any marketing list.

If you tick "You may call or text me about this note," Gay-Lynn or Francisco may call or text the number you gave, from a person, about your note. Ticking the box is not a condition of working with either of them. Reply STOP to any text, or say so on a call, and texts and calls end.

Requests about a foreclosure notice are handled by Capital Distress Advisors on its own website, under its own privacy terms, which you can read there.

Links to other sites

This site links to YouTube, Instagram, the California Department of Real Estate, NAHREP and Capital Distress Advisors. Each has its own privacy policy. Nothing on this page loads from those services until you follow a link.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

Call (562) 858-7065 or email francisco.williams@williamscap.ai and ask. You can see what was received, correct it, or have it deleted, and you will get a reply within 30 days.

"Do Not Track"

Because this site does not track visitors, it does not need to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and it does not allow third parties to collect information about your activity here over time.

Children

This site is for adults who own, lease, buy or sell property, or who work in real estate. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and no information is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.

This site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA: it works with a keyboard and screen readers, every text and background pair meets the contrast minimums, and text can be resized.
